Return Policy
This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and cancellations are available for products and services purchased from Hipsparkdyn.
1. Digital Products
Digital products, including the Loop Mapping Workbook and Audio Journal Access, are delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are available within 14 days of purchase provided that:
- You have not downloaded or accessed more than 20% of the workbook content
- You have not streamed more than two audio journal entries
- You submit a written refund request with your order details
2. Coaching Sessions
For the Guided Coaching — 4 Sessions package:
- Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice at no additional charge
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the first scheduled session are eligible for a full refund
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the first session are eligible for a partial refund minus one session fee
- Unused sessions after package commencement may be refunded on a pro-rata basis within 30 days of purchase
3. How to Request a Refund
Send an email to infocenter@hipsparkdyn.world with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
- Your full name and email address used for purchase
- Order date and product name
- Reason for the refund request
We aim to respond to refund requests within 5 business days.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Digital products where more than 20% of content has been accessed
- Coaching sessions that have already been conducted
- Products purchased more than 30 days ago, except where required by Australian Consumer Law
6. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product or service fails to meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a remedy regardless of the conditions above.
